By participating in this introductory workshop, youth will:

• learn basic hand-sewing skills, including simple stitches and safely using sewing tools
• create a stuffed Chris Clover using felt
• practice creativity by designing, decorating, and accessorizing their project
• be introduced to sew-able technology by creating a simple circuit to add lights
• build confidence in trying new skills and exploring hands-on making that blends art and technology
