Foods Education Opportunities – DIY Charcuterie Boards – This class is being rescheduled, so it will not take place on 2/3, new date is TBD.
Grades 6-13
Members will learn:
– How to plan and prepare a charcuterie board
– How to make a rose out of salami or other meats
– How to shape or make cheese spreads to add to your board
